questions about deca

ill be 21 in oct im 5' 7 short and about 170 at 12.8 bf% i cut to 159 for fights and tourneys but never measured bf% at 159 ive taken one cycle of anadrol 50 oral a few months ago and had recently got a hold of deca injectable id like to know what to cut it with what test is best im not trying to gain too much weight becaus eof my fighting i can take about another 15 20 pounds of muscle. i would also liek to know what will happen if i take deca alone besides possibly going limp for a few months will deca build me up alone or will it help me lose fat?

Deca with at least as much test will be fine , in other words if you take 400mgs a week of deca than take 400mgs of test each week, this for 8 weeks shouldnt put on more than 10-12lbs of lbm. If you do deca by its self you will get some bloat but mostly lbm, I wouldnt call it cutting or bulking more like some were in between, I didnt get deca dick the first time i ran it by its self at 600mgs a week ,But thats was when I was 23 years old . now it shuts me down bad. Lots of people will say dont take it by its self , but you can , and you will gain size and strenght. thats just my 2 cents

Run more test then deca.
My current cycle is 600mg of test e 400mg of deca a week.

dont run deca alone............

personally i wudnt recommend deca alone sum ppl can run it n have no sides n make great gains but wer not sum ppl evry1s different so throw sum test e or test c in the mix n ur "gud to grow"
