bro I have a small murmer and an irregular heart beat and have had no problems to date. You must listen to your body and pay attention to how you feel. AS will have a tendancy to raise your bp, so you must pay attention to your body. I am not saying you will not have problems, I am only saying that I have not experienced any. I keep my dosages simple and do not use a lot of compounds at once. I still strongly recommend speaking with your cardiologist before proceeding with anything just to get a feel for what might happen and some warning signs to look for.

Hey bro, did you get diagnosed with this murmur when you were small? Alot of childhood murmurs disappear. I had one as a child and it was gone by the time I was 12. This is very common. How do you know that you hev a murmur?

what kind of exercise have you been doing?what are your stats? im sure you train with weights?
