look heres my situation...i ended my test prop/winny cycle last june..right after i got off my cycle i hurt my shoulder in jiu jitsu so i had to take alot of time off...when i tried to come back it was just bad pain in my shoulder..by the way i had labrium surgery about 2 years ago so my shoulders are always prone to getting injured..well i took the summer off from working out and i just started lifting again this week...sucks because i lost everything i gained from my last cycle and i think i actually look worse then i ever have...i lost muscle and gained a good amount of fat..ive been doing alot of cardio in the past 3 weeks and have been taking clen...ive also lost all my strength and was wondering what you guys think about me taking some winny just to help out with me cuttin up alittle and helpin out with strength??im not ready to get into a full blown cycle so thats why i was askin if i could just do winny....
