nolva throughout?

im about to do my first cycle of just test 500mg/12 weeks

should i take nolva daily in order to minimize bloating, acne?

or only when i see sides rise?

what are the pros/cons of doing it this way?

for gyno yes, you could start out at 5-10mg ED then increase if you see gyno

I used at 20mg(am gyno prone) teveryday in the past 2 cycles i had, test+deca , with no bloat

I've been using Lion's nolva for the past 10 weeks. I am currently on week-9 of a 625mg (ew) test e, 400mg (ew) deca , and I have had minimal bloat, no gyno, and my face still looks pretty cut. I'm using .5ml every day.
