    Need clen hlp??

    Holy cramp ola'......im on like my 4th day of clen and the cramping of my muscles is getting worse and worse. Im takeing taurine at 3mg a day so far, and I just picked up some magnesium and potassium supps. How much magnesium should I be takeing ed and how much potassium can I safely supp ed? Any hlp would be cool, and much appreciated!

    Im not to sure on how much of that to take but make sure you are drinking plenty of water and that should help too.

    Yeah bro i've been drinkin lots of water and im pissin like a race horse, but still crampy. OOOOOOUUUUUUUCCCCCHHHH

    How much clen are you taking? And what's your sodium intake look lilke?

    Right now im dosen at 40mcg, my sodium isn't too overly high....although im not really measuring.

    try backing the clen dose down to 25mcg for now it affects people different than after a week no sides like cramps ramp it up try benadrle (spelling ) will help with keeping receptors clean allowing for longer run with clen

    Electrolytes (Sod, Mag, Potas) are good for their respective contributions which vary depending on your levels and deficiencies, but with Clen what you need in comprehensive fluid balancer such as, and I can't believe you're taking Clen without knowing this ...L-Taurine.

    Generally one should begin with 500mgs and increase by said amount as needed. Most are satiated with 1gm, but some go up to 5gms ED, though personally I consider that excessive.

    Because your cramping is already so severe, I'd say start with 3gms for a couple of days and reduce daily by 500mgs to 1-1.5gms. ED which should be sufficient.

    I did do some background on the clen b4 starting. I am already takeing 3mg of taurine ed. My cramping has backed off since Sun, I also started some potasium and magnesium. Gimme some credit im not a total newb

    the postasium should help...is take 5g of taurine ed personally

    Wow I'm up to 150mcg with no sides.. but I've always taken Ltaurine..
