i just did it alone for a few weeks at 40mg. the first 10 days were the best and the rest i noticed no difference. the first 10 days were fricken fantastic though.

also i would like to address the issuse of anger... people say halo makes you mean and stuff.. i noticed no problem at all when i had eaten, but if i went more than 2 hours without food it hit me like a ton of bricks and i started to go so nuts and all it took was a glass of milk to hold me off and i hwas fine with 0 anger.. that helped me keep on a good eating schedule too..
also the headaches i got with it were KILLER and NON STOP
