    injects: is Tue/Fri ok instead of Mon/Thu?

    12 weeks test 500mg / week split into 2 doses 250mg/ml

    i cant inject 2moz as i have to go to needleexchange and as its public holiday here

    . Is tue/Fri ok instead of mond/thu?

    NO, that is totally against all laws of AAS use !!! just kidding,
    If it is Test E or Cyp, it should be shot every 3.5 days, does not matter what days of the week

    Shooting a long ester on tuesdays will cause an abcess and impotency.

    What are you talking about? My aunt Ester new her days of the week well into her 80's. Then she started forgeting every once in a while.

    i thought u only had to inject long acting esters like cyp or enth once a week cause they stay in ur body for like 10 days?

    Well every thing i've read is split in two shots of 250mg so it needs to be shot twice a week for 500mg...If you were shooting 250 i'm sure that would be fine..

    too keep blood levels stable it is best shot every 3.5 days
    For HRT, it is ok to shoot once a week

    Er.........i get much better gains on a wednesday / sunday dosing schedule, but I've heard really good things about saturday / wednesday too - as with all AAS you just need to see what works for you.............

    i knwo this guy that shot on a friday and he died right away he didnt even see saturday it was sad.. i told him mon/thurs but he just wouldnt listen
