    2nd cycle help........

    Hey everybody lets start out with some stats 6'3 230 at 14% BF
    First cycle was sust250 at 500mg a week

    im looking to lean up and build some lean mass... this is what im thinking for the second cycle

    Week 1-8 Deca 400mg a week
    Week 1-2 5-6 9-10 clen 80mcg daily
    week 3-4 7-8 T3 50mcg daily ...
    week 9-11 pct

    Want any opinions.. suggestions would be great ultimate goals would be to be about 235-240 at 7-9% BF thanks everybody

    WHOAAA That cycle is all wrong bro. Save clen for pct. If you insist on running deca alone I'd do it for 10-12 weeks. PCT starts 3 weeks after last deca injection. A standard pct is required and yours looks a little short. Your pct compounds are not listed as well. Make sure you are educated on the 19-nor side effects.

    Research what Anabolios stated!!
    Deca will shut down your HPTA hard!! This could cause sexual side effects when not used with test, so be aware of this. You will definelty want a great PCT to hopefully get your natural test back up and running. If you ARE worried about sexual side effects, then I sugget using some TEST in the cycle to help with the libido

    Definetly save the Clen /T3 for pct

    IMO you'll be better off running enth or cyp along side some EQ. Your diet and cardio are the determing factors for this cycle.
