Im 6'4" 330lbs. Im a firefighter who has been MMA training for about 2 years fighting in the super heavy weight class. Im not in the best of shape but I have been cardio and strength training very hard over the last 4 months. I have lost 25 pounds and feel much better. I have been reading alot about Anavar and was interested in its fat loss benefits and strength gains. What would be the simplest best cycle to benefit me.
In gym 4 times a week with low fat diet. MMA training 3 times a week.
