    Help Thinking about a cycle

    Im 6'4" 330lbs. Im a firefighter who has been MMA training for about 2 years fighting in the super heavy weight class. Im not in the best of shape but I have been cardio and strength training very hard over the last 4 months. I have lost 25 pounds and feel much better. I have been reading alot about Anavar and was interested in its fat loss benefits and strength gains. What would be the simplest best cycle to benefit me.
    In gym 4 times a week with low fat diet. MMA training 3 times a week.

    Bro,Welcome to AR...Whay you're doing sounds great and congrats on your 25 pound loss..There is a wealth of knowledge on this board.What I suggest to you is to hang around and read....also there is a great profiles section and I recommend that you read it...several times as there you can get more aquanted with the uses of AAS and the help they give to different goals....But keep training hard and keep your cardio as well as your diet cause without that AAS are no help to acheive your goal.

    I believe my body fat is in the high 20s but not sure. Carry most of my weight in the trunk heavy chested with a beer belly. Used to be a big beer drinker lol.
