Cycle suggestion please?
First of all thanks for the help in advance.
I am new to the scene and have what I believe to be an assortment of Goods but, Confused on what to use and when.
My goal is to gain mass and lose fat (like everyone else) I'm currently at
5'10'' and 230lbs. I need to lose at least a good 25-30lbs to be satisfied with my size and then start building mass from there. I've been lifting for 2 years steady now and just don't see the results.
I have the following and looking for a cycle suggestion for some results since I'm lost.
20cc Test Prop 100mg
20cc Stan 50
10cc Tren (250mg I believe)
If nothing can be done with this or I need something additional I'm open to knowledgable suggestions on what to aquire to make a good cycle.

A couple of things....
If you are not seeing results then there is a problem with your training and/or diet, steroids will not fix that, steroids amplify results they don't make them.
When you have got these things in check you don't need 3 compounds for your first cycle.
Most people would recommend test only on your first run, the type you have (prop) needs to be injected daily for optimum results and IMO you will need more than what you have there anyway, enanthate or cypionate might be a better choice.

you need imo to lose the weight 1st then start a cycle,if this is your 1st id shelve the gear you have for a later cycle as a longer acting ester such as Tiny abouve has stated would be a better option for you...................

Thanks for the suggestions. I am finally at a point where I'm ready to be dedicated to my work out and diet. I think finding a good diet with alot of cardio should hopefully help with the weight loss. Is there any site's that have some good diets written out?
