    how to take tbol

    how should oral tbol be taken through out the day, im going to be using 40mg/day how should i split the dossages up? does it matter how i split them up? thank you

    IMO you should split it and take it twice a day but no before sleep and dont take it on empty stomach...

    Split it up. I'd take it 2-3 daily with a meal. Like said above, taking on an empty stomach will yield some nasty stomach cramps.
