    Injury

Hey guys I was 4 weeks into my test e cycle when I sustained a shoulder injury at hockey the other nite...The doctor said to give it lots of rest and no physical activities....there is a small chance i could have a slight separation but the doc feels it's muscular....should i continue with my shots as planned and wait to see what happens, taking this week from the gym or should I hold off on everything till the injury is somewhat better and I know for sure what the outcome will be......I hate the fact i'm gonna be outta the gym for a week maybe longer and i'm scared it's gonna have some effect on my first cycle .... anyway any advice would be appreciated .. maybe some of you have had this happen.....Thanks bros

If you are going to be down longer than a week why would you want to waste the gear? My suggestion is wait until healed and go for it again. PCT right now IMO.

I actually sprained my shoulder awhile back and still managed to fight through the pain and finish my cycle. Of course, I'm hardheaded and ain't nothing gonna keep me from pushing iron unless I completely tear a muscle or ligament or break a bone, but that's just me. If it hurts really bad, then stop and PCT. If the pain is bearable then push through it.

that's just... stupid. I dropped 70lbs off my bench from being stupid... health should be a main concern with all aspects of weight lifting.
