I highly doubt that nolva would be in the same catagory as test or d-bol. You can just tell the cops that it's a vitamin. They might test it to see if it's crack or speed but that's about it.

they dont appear to be included in the Anabolic Steroid control act 2004 so they would be treated as prescribed meds which is totally different to being in posession of AS. This is federal law. You have to pay attention to state law as well which i have no knowledge of (im in UK). Hope that helps.

They are "research chemicals". Unless they can prove you are using them on yourself, I believe you will be OK.
