First Cycle coming up.
IM getting ready to order my first cycle, 500mg Test E/week , 20mg nolva/PD.
for 12 weeks, and i plan on using the Clomid PCT method.
Anways i was wondering if theres anything else i could do to help keep gains after pct. and ive herd it takes up to 3-4 weeks for the test E to release, i was thinking about taking something else to jump start it maybe test prop or Dbol . Injecting alot isnt a problem for me, and one more thing do you think it would be better to go ahead and use the nolva every day or just wait and see if signs of gyno start showing up? Thnx

Are you serious, or is your height a TYPO
If you are 6' 11" and only weigh 185, RUN dont walk to the grocery store or the butcher and eat a cow!!!
Even if you are 5'11, I would say you need a bit more natural mass before you consider using AAS. it will be a waste for you if you can't put on weight naturally at least get closer to 200lbs if you expect to grow

rofl dam im still rollin, anyways i have a "Really high metabolism", its always been hard to gain weight but ive managed. my goals right now are to gain alot of lean mass and weigh in around 220-225.

High metabolism is the GOAL of evey athlete except maybe Sumo Wrestlers. High metabolism burns fat. If you are NOT eating correctly it will also burn muscle. Using AAS without proper food intake ( number of meals, and proper micronutrient management) will do you absolutly NO better than not using them.
The key to growth is to EAT and train heavy.
If you are NOT eating at least 6 meals a day ( more for bulking) spaced every 2.5-3 hours apart containing Complete proteins, low GI carbs, and good fats, then you WILL NOT GROW with or with out AAS
I am currently 5'11" 225lbs, a typical day food intake for me is:
meal 1 2 whole eggs
12 egg whites
4 oz. breakfast steak
8 oz oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
meal 2 16 oz lean steak
16 oz brown rice
mea 3 16 oz chicken breast
12 oz plain sweet potato
meal 4 two cans tuna fish
salsa
8 oz brown rice
meal 5 meal replacement shake
20g protein pudding
meal 6 8 oz chicken breast
8 oz brown rice
If your diet doesn't look anything like this, that is where you need to start BEORE ever using any AAs
