Using Gear All year long
a buddy of mine told me that he injects 200mg of test E a week all year around. And does his regular cycles twice a year. He says this way he does not lose any of his gains from the cycles... I was considering this, but wouldn't this cause my natural test production to shut down for a hole year (that can't be good)....

cruising/bridging/coasting are not ideal IMHO,
Its very hard to fully recover when you use these methods especially when you start young, the best gains are produced when your body is fresh and clean from gear if the priming is done correctly gains are amazing with each new cycle,
with every successive cycle after bridging/cruising you will have to keep increasing the dose just to get some kind of gains out of the cycle because basically your never off gear, your body builds up a tolerance to what it is having so a increase is needed,
Ive been on all year round in the past with bridging cycles together and personally i would rather fully come off recover and maintain without any kind of cruising, the gains are far better and my body responds more,
Why saturate your body with AAS you end up starting hrt sooner? i wouldn't advice any younger BB to start bridging/cruising unless your willing to pay the price of it. your better off using various other compounds to increase Test levels naturally and to help recovery and maintain, all other avenues are worth trying before you think about cruising,
If you compete then yes could be something to look at....otherwise,for the novice person who cycles its just madness

OMG not flaming but why consider putting ur body under that much strain if not for contest purposes. decent amount of gains can be kept with strict diet, workout, cardio, sleep. personally if not training for contest bridging/cruising very pointless just hammering your body to keep a few lbs wen gains cn be kept naturally.

and as "marcus" sed ur body gets imune to the gear so its pointless shooting wen ur bodys adapted 2 it as u wont gain

Sounds like your buddy is playing doctor and prescibing himself HRT without any bloodwork etc.. not smart.

HRT at a young age is not wise. Unless you are over 50, I woudl not consider doing non stopo cycles.
Unless you are marcus, then its ok to abuse your body since everyone else abuses it too....LOLOL

i agree it does build a tolerance to compounds and dosages - just not immune, that would mean it is inneffective - building a tolerance means your dosages and compounds need to change
