    First roid Cycle

    Hi,

    I'm a 22 years old guy, who's been doing weight lifting for nearly 4 years. I decided that I want to try roids, but I need an opinion on wich roid I should use.

    Firstly, I'm looking for a roid that will help me bulking up and gaining strenght, not one for cutting phase (like winstrol).

    2- I'd like to use an injectable , since I've heard theyre less damaging for the heart.

    3- How much should I take, and for how long, and where should I inject it

    Finally, I've tried prohormone before (19-nor, 4 androtene,17-diol), and it went really bad for me, I was taking 500 mg a day, and my heart felt like it was going to explode, was doing really irregullar pattern (wasn.t able to sleep), and i stopped using it after only 2 days, so I'd like to have a roid that wouldn't give me this side effect.



    PS: is it good to use roid with creatine ???

    I'm also 5-10 195 pound, with 15% bodyfat, maybe a bit less than that

    diet, a lot of tuna and white meat, whiote egg, at least 1 gram of protein per pound per day

    training, 4 time a week, 1 1/2 -2 hour each training

    First off, you should get your bf down before even thinking of doing a cycle. I'd say 12% or lower is good. Second, your gonna need more than 200 grams of protein per day. Shoot for 300-350 grams day. Also, who told you injectables are less damaging for your heart?! That's a bunch of bull.

    Test E at 500mg a week shoot every 3.5D use an anti E with it - read up my brother and do some research before putting potentially life altering chemicals into your body. You owe it to yourself and also Pdog is right - up your protein to at least 1.5 - 2 grams per pound of body weight. Remember to drink at least a gallon of water daily to facilitate protein synthesis

    You also may want to try cutting down your length of workouts to 1 hour at most.

    Well, maybe he's one of those guys that likes to talk to other people in the gym while working out, so it takes him so long to finish. He he.

    I don't want to be cut, so that's why I'm not sure about the comment about lowering bodyfat before roiding.

    Yeah bro...the pic is prob. bigger than you!!!..LOL J/K...anyway the pic tells me you can do a whole lot of growing without AAS ...Build a good base then you can condider doing something....post your nutritional intake in the diet forum and w'll take a look at it.
