how long between cycle?

i got about 4 weeks left on cycle this was my first i was on bd test around 600mg aweek and 300mg of deca

how long after i come off should i wait before i start another cycle??

and what cycle should i run when i start again?

It`s an easy Equation,time on=time off.So if your cycle was 12 weeks,your break would be 12 weeks.I Personally cycle 50 days on and take 70 days off,I find my receptors are so fresh that they respond very well with the extra rest.

Time on +PCT = time off, to be sure get bloodwork done, time off is most important the longer the better the gains, maintenance being off gear is the secret to gains
