Upping Test or add deca?
I am 5'8, 297lbs, I have been training 9 years and I am 23 yo. I have done two cycles.
Cycle 1:
wk 1-4 dbol 15mg ed
wk1-10 test en 500mg (split in two doses)
Cycle 2:
wk 1-4 dbol 30mg ed
wk1-12 test en 500mg (split into two doese)
I was wondering whether I should use more test in my next cycle or add deca or even sust. I am cutting dbol because of extreme water retention and fat gain. Which of these two cycles looks to be the better idea.
Cycle A:
wk 1-4 anavar ?mg
wk 1-12 test en 750 mg (spit into 3 doses)
Cycle B:
Wk 1-4 anavar ?mg
wk 1-4 sust 250mg
wk 1-12 deca 200mg
wk 1-12 test en 500mg

Holy shit, 5'8 almost 300lbs! What percentage bf?
Anyways, was the test working, how much did you gain off of 1 and 2?

Dbol does give water retention....has NOTHING to do with fat...that is YOUR diet!!!!

I gained 17lbs off the first cycle. I didn't lose anything over PCT. My second cycle ended 2 weeks ago and I am started PCT as of monday. I have gained 21 lbs. (much better diet than last cycle). It worked great. I had issues with the dbol and unbelievable amounts of water gain. My arms went from 19 and 3/8'' to 20 and 1/2''. Forearms are now over 17''. I put 300 pounds on my leg press. My push press went from 335 to 405. Hammer curl from 100lb db to 130lb dbs. SQ/BP/DL had significant gains. My 40 yd time went from 4.99s to 4.87s. It worked great.
One thing that my doctor and I can't figure out is my body fat %. It was possibly wrong before my cycle started. I was supposedly at 22% and now I should be at 11-13% consider the lean mass I gained, but it is 17.7%. We aren't sure what is up with that end of things.

OK skipp, well personally your cycle B sucks
what are your goals for the next cycle?
Jump start with whatever you want, but there is NO need for sust AND test E since they are the SAME thing just different esters, so WHY would you feel the need to put your body through that??
I would suggest
weeks -1-12 Test E @ 500mgs
weeks 1-10 Deca @ 400mgs

I go with a cycle and run anavar for 6 weeks.

Actually roidattack, There is no way I have 11% body fat. I was saying that with the amount of weight I gained that I should be at 11% given my current weight. I am not sure about bf% before cycle, but it is something like 18%.
My goal for the next cycle is to gain lean muscle, while I up the cardio a bit. My previous routine has been 9 day trainging weeks. 3 days powerlifting, 3 days oly lifting, 1 day strongman equipment with two days off. ANd I would do sprints 1-2 days a week with 2 other days of plyos. So what I have been doing this past cycle was really not expected to burn fat. Simply to become more explosive, stronger, and develop a larger work capacity.
This next cycle I'd like to carry out I'll be doing a half hour of cardio on a bike a day, along with walking. My lifting goal is to do basic body building lifts to build overall endurance for PL season. I figure using deca with test would be the way to go. and I know to keep the deca lower than the test. I am just trying to figure out whether I should up the test, whether it matters what I kick start with and whether there is not something I missing, whatever it might be.

Bro, I'm having trouble here. Even at a 20%bf, at 5'8" and 297lbs, you could be a pro. That's bigger than 99% of the guys here. Do you have any pics man, cuz I'd love to see it?

I could be a pro? Pro what? I'm a powerlifter. I've always been fairly big. Every time I give my stats with a question there is so much interest in my 5'8 300lb status @ 23 yo. Fact of the matter is I was 5'8 260 @ 20-21% bf w/ 812SQ-535BP-595DL (single ply) before I used juice. I'm just trying to learn about this stuff as best as I can before I use particular compounds and chemicals.
BTW How did I get so big and lean? I have a belly. 18% is not that lean. But thanks for the compliment.LOL

20%bf at 297lbs, gives you a LBM of about 240lbs. At 5'8", that rivals the top bb competitors.

sorry pal.. i aint buying it... ur lifts are worse than mine, u are a lot shorter and a lot heavier with a smaller BF %... Honestly bro.. BF under 20% 5 foot 8 and 300 lbs u would be an absoulte monster.. Im not saying u are liying but I think u are wrong.

I said those were my lifts before I started on the juice when I was 260 @ 21%bf.
