It sounds a lil better to just hit the test for about 600mg a wk , 400 to 500 mg of deca... like my boy BLUE ( SMAN) said why jump to that high ?

well im 20 10%bf 222 6foot.... well i figured if i had drastic gains on only 500mg then 750 would be even better

Well you thought WRONG....lolol

First you are TOO young to be using AAS

Second IF you are gaining well on 500, then there is absolutely NO need to raise the dose unless you like flushing money down the drain.
