Hi there,
After all the hype surrounding DNP and many people in the BB community that think it has no use in BB(other than for some pro's), I was wondering what peoples views would be to use DNP solely on cheat days to counteract the massive influx of calories consumed during such a day.
Wondering if anyone has done this before, or that it is even a good idea or not.
Just want to start some conversation on the topic.
