Is the hip a good place to inject?

Seems like just as good as any other, but i have to RNs in the family, one says the ass the other says hips just as good.. I've only had 1 shot and it was in m hips and it did not hurt at all, so i'm planning on keeping it there

gluteus medius or ventrogluteal is a great place to inject.plenty of landmarks and easy to reach.

I use ventro-glute and delts exclusively.

yes the glute is alot more painful, and the fact that you have to sit on it constantly doesnt help. i prefer pecs to delts, but my fav is quads.
