Clen 6-8 wk cycle and time off

If one were to take clen for 6-8 weeks with ben/keto at wk 3/6 how long should they wait to start another cycle of clen?

I have searched, read the education thread on clen and the "clen handbook" and I havent found anything that covers this. I may have missed something though?

after 6 wks on clen using benadryl, i will usually take 6 wks off from the clen

I don't think I have ever read about there being a set ammount of time off clen. Many people use it for months on end while using benadryl or similar every third week. This is probably not advisable due to strain placed on the heart. If you wish to get back on it just stay on it and use your benadryl every third week until you have achieved desired results.
