    help with off

hello all, here is the cycle I am currently finishing
    wk 1-4 test e 500mg week dbol 40mg ed
    wk 4-10 test e 500mg week
wk 10-16 test cyp 500mg week tren 75mg ed

now my question is now that I am about to come off, whats the best way to keep my hard earned gains, curently in week 13 about to incorporate my anti ests, and start clomid two weeks after last test inj. Cut my carb intake keep protein high, cut back work outs. I am also incororating clen into my pct as I have been told of its anti catabolic effects and I am, wanting some help with some stubborn bf. Any other pointers or suggestions would be fantastic

gaining 14 lbs while losing 3% BF sounds pretty good, especially while on test e/c

moderate protein about 1250 cals a day low/mod carbs around 1750, about 75% low glycemic only eat high glycemic pwo and 1 hr after morning cardio. As far as fats I eat a lot of animal protein so do get a lot of saturates yet try to get my healthy fats as well, I figure my intake is somewhere around 3600 give er take, I wasnt truly trying to bulk as test doesnt give me bloat at all, yet I threw in the tren at the end to help a little, all went well though, now its the come off im worried about.

you should be fine as long as you do what i said

gaining good quality mass and dropping BF at the same time is very good...you probobly could have upped the cals some to get more mass, but it looks good to me

I always increase my caloric intake and keep my protein high. Don't be affraid to gain a little fat during PCT as the extra calories will halp to maintain your new muscle. As for training, decrease your reps and maybe even drop a full set, all th while keeping the weight the same. A common and costly mistake people make is trying to train the same as they while on cycle. Overtraining during PCT= diminished gains.

Extreamly true. Overtraing is horrible. You will not have the same gains with over training. Definately keep your training in check during PCT.
