    Best First Cycle

I am 24, 170lbs, less than 10 percent body fat. My bench is 235. I have never taken a cycle before but looking into it to bulk up over this winter. I workout about 5 days a week. I feel that i'm in really good shape but I want to bulk up, put some size on. I have looked into dbol but have read mixed thinks about it. What does everyone reccomend? and it doesn't have to be a cycle. Also i'm taking protien, glut, and creatine everyday, Thanks

    Hello. Welcome to AR.

At your stats, steroids are not the answer. Before you can begin, you must first sort out your diet, and train natty to build a decent base. I say this in hopes that you will listen. The fact that you mention dbol tells me you are not very well informed on aas. We have a great diet and training forum. I suggest you start there.

    Good luck.

    Advice

I agree w/1buffsob that you need to read up and learn about AAS before you even consider it. However, alot of bros on this board use AAS to push their bodies past their genetic limit. For a bodybuilder, it makes sense although a proper cycle done by someone who is in good shape can work wonders. My one cycle was pretty simple and I am very pleased with the gains I got and kept. I'm not advocating that you go out and run a cycle but stick around here and learn. When and if you decide to cycle, make sure that you are well educated and committed!

I'm 6'0.Over this past christmas I weighed 151 and maxed out at about 145lbs. I definitly don't wont to be a body builder but be able to fill out my shirts. Im not set on taking them, it has just crossed my mind and thats why i'm here so I can learn all I can. What about other non-anabolic supplements that would be good. Also what about a testerone booster? Would that help and what should I know about it. Thanks to the responses

your creatine(quality), weight gainer, and whey protein. then of course you gotta have your diet in check and sleep...enough sleep, atleast 8 hours at one time not total. oh and you can take some ZMA pills, they will help

Well between school and work My diet is tough to keep. Its not on a routine but I eat healthy. Its usually lots and lots of chicken, eggs, rice, peanut butter and turkey sandwiches. 2 to 3 protien shakes a day and all I drink is water and Vitamin D milk. I fill like i'm eating good but i'm not eating the right stuff to put weight on.

Well honestly bro.. School is not an excuse we have some top level bodybuilders on this site who are in school and bodybuild.

Post your diet and we will see what we can do for you. From what you stated it seems like your not ready to for AAS. I mean if your diet sucks then.. it's a waste of money trust me.. Just post a typical day.
