knot in glute after injecting

I took a shot in the glute around 10pm last night. i noticed today that there is a big knot that is somewhat noticeable. well my girlfriend noticed and is freaking out, and she wants me to stop the cycle. i think that this normal on occasion, but just in case could you tell me if this is omething to worry about? Is it discolored at all? What does it look like? If it is just the muscle knotted up a little than you will be fine...it will go down by tomorrow most likely.

I'd give it a few days - it'll probably be fine. If it gets red and really painful, or you get a fever, its an infection and you'll need to go to the ER and have it drained.

Mine isnt red but mine is throbbing and it hurts so bad. There is a lump under the skin and its kinda hard along the lump. Should I be worrying? I did 3ccs into that area on wed night. deca/prop/test e

I always get knots in my glutes whenever I shoot prop. It's not a big deal and it goes away. You'll be fine.

I been getting them with the bigger cycle/ more gear per shot. Just inject it slowly and wait it out.

i had one in my shoulder and it went away in about 3 days. nothign really to sweat, you probably moved a little too much during the injection

Are you sure you used a long enough pin? If you used a short pin and didnt hit the muscle it may be sitting in a lump in your fat. If its a knot in the "muscle" then like the others said, most likely you'll be fine.

I stay full of knots, I have one on each glute right now, and my bodyfat is really low so it's very noticable, it almost comes to a point when you look at it!! Nothing to sweat, 99% of the time these things subside, even infections. Going to the Doctor over it is more rare than you'd think. Just massage it and have alot of Icy Hot or Ben-Gay on hand, ibuprofens never hurt either

some test e's can be painful too, almost as bad as prop, I'd seperate the shots from now on. It's nothing to worry about, it happens. Especially when you run gear for awhile, your bound to come across something that's going to do it to ya'. If I had a dollar for every knot I've had I'd be a rich man by now. If steroids is something that you plan on running for awhile or future after future cycles, my advice is to go to your chiropractor and ask him about a portable ultrasound machine,usually they can order you one. I can get them for around 2-$300, you rub some gel on the area so it glides across it easy, and the ultrasound helps break it apart, especially old scar tissue, every serious juice head needs one,hahahaaah.

you should try to only do 2cc shots and it wont hurt so bad, 3 cc is common but its still a lot of liquid in one deposit , also the shorter the ester , I find the faster the knot goes away, when i do longer esters the deposit seems to take longer to dispurse, I've given myself thousands of shots and (knock on wood) never gotten an infection, had some really painful ones and my ass looked like a pin cushoin on my prop ,tren, winny cycle, but no pain no gain!!

I had a baseball sized lump in my glutes all the time on my first cycle. No big deal. Take some ibuprofen if it bothers you too much.

Thats a lot of fluid in one spot, hopefully you got it all in the muscle, if there i some under the skin then you won't get the full benifit but keep an eye on it just incase, I wouldn't be rushing to hospital just yet. Follow advice for infection prevention and precautions
