PCT Confusion

Hey guys im 19 years old and 6'2 at 185 lbs. Im obviously not ready for aas yet but im starting to get curious about them. From what I have gathered just reading around, you dont need to run Nolvadex AND Clomid after your cycle during pct. Is this true? If so which would be better to run? just curious... thanks.

Wow thanks! that was a lot of info. Also, is the liquid clomid on ARR as effective as it is in the pill form?

I dont think anyone here did an actual lab test to determine if any of them are underdosed.. but alot of people prefer pills since 99% or oral liquid chems taste like crap. Keep on reading in the PCT section.. youll find everything you need like PCT start times and doses depending on type of cycle.
