viles first time

this will be my first cycle using viles whats the procedure for getting it from the vile to the needle without wasting any? thanks

Use an alcohol whipe on the rubber stopper.
draw back the same amount of air in the syringe that you will be drawing in (if taking 1ml of oil, then put in 1 ml of air first) Insert needle and push air into vial to create pressure to make easier to draw
draw back a little more oil then needed and push back teh extra to help remove any air
