i loveee xanax, makes my anxieyty and worries go right away. i used to be prescribed to it :}, im gonna go to to the docs and get a prescription for the blue footballs

improper dosing can lead to serious depression.

yeah i know someone who has a problem with xanax. gets seizures when he doesnt take it regularly.... that stuff is bad news.

Thats called full blown addiction, they have to slowly tapper off .. xanax has a very short half life, you can also ween off by taking valium, it has a much longer half life.. It took me a long time to get off that sh!t, i was taking 8 mg's a day thats equal to 80 mg's of valium !!!

To have it on hand is a better idea than taking it just in case you think you going to have a panic attack or get anxiety, i suffered from anxiety and had panic attacks, from years of drug and alcohol abuse, so my first concern was how would AS effect me and would it cause anxiety, so in my case it didnt, but everybody reacts different..By the way if you do feel any anxiety, you could always take it as soon as you feel it coming on, it only takes about 15 min. to kick in... Good luck..

thats how i got my anixety disorders,drugs. ive gotten alot better since then and havnt touched a drug since. thnx for the info

Hi, I,m also on xanax 1mg daily. Just take it as prescribed and if you do more be truthfull to your doctor, you would be very suprised how understanding they are if you tell them you had a little more anxiety than usual. they expect it to happen and make allowances for it. That way they know whats going on with you and it dosn't get out of hand. When it's time to stop them, usually when your ready and have sorted out the underlying problems causing the anxiety, they will taylor a reduction program for you, if however you are shopping around and taking large amounts from different sources, how is your doctor suppose to taylor your needs? and when he decides to stop your prescriptions one day, your out of control with a serious addiction. Be truthful to yourself and have trust in your doc. He has prescribed them to help you and with that comes a responsibility on his part as much as yours.

I take .05 per day when I have a bad day. I took it while on test no issues if anything it kept me clam and cool. I only take it when I really need it, I had my Doctor switch me to Valium as it is hard to work with Xanix it makes me want to sleep. Valium kicks ass

you guys with real anxiety troubles should try taking Taurine supplements.

This stuff works very well... and we need it anyway!

People do not get enough, and it recommended for many things...

However it is strange that there is not more discussion out there about its anti-anxiety benefits.

I discovered taurine on my own research in the med library when I was having problems myself about 10 years ago. There is lots of research being conducted, I wish more would make public news. I suppose it wont as long as the major companies can keep pushing record amounts of the hardcore stuff.

Take it daily as recommended, and pop an extra before any situation that would bring on anxiety, and watch as you glide right thru it calm and collected.

if you are taking xanax for fun, you might as well take herion... its prob safer.

Well the longer your off any drugs the better, your body and mind will slowly get back to normal, but remember one slip and your right back to where you started, or worse, i would think about something else, like turine posted above, there are a lot of natural supp's that can help you just have to research..Virus is this you first cycle ?? It sounds like it, why dont you post your stats, and training exp...When i did my first cycle i was concerned about anxiety, did research and found out that everyone is different, so i kept it simple and stayed with a simple test ( enan ) 250 mg's twice a week for 12 weeks and i was fine..

Thats a big relief to knlow u have anxiety to and you were fine on test E, thats what i plan on doing Test E 250mg twice a week, did the anxiety stay away when you were doing PCT to?

8% Body fat

Byt he way i was thinking about injecting Test Prop for the first 4 weeks EOD 50mg to jump start it.

First i had no problem with PCT. Second, people on this forum will tell you your to young to use AS, All you need is a good diet good training, and sleep.. But if you insist, start of with 250 twice a week and keep it simple if your gear is good you will see great gains.. I have been researching prop for the last month, for my next cycle, and 50 mg's eod is not the best way to go it should be done ed, but save it for another time, for your first cycle do you really need to be shooting ed, maybe when you do your first shot you can do 500 mg's of enan than go to 250 twice a week...This is only my opinion..Slow and steady wins the race !!!

careful with the xanax...when takin recreationally it can be deadly. My friend killed himself coming off of a week long binge on xanax. that stuff can seriously fukk with your head.

My friend just gave me a bunch of sereuqlas but i think id be more comfortable with the xanax 0.5mg because ive taken them before. i only planned on taking them when i get anixety attacks not every day
