I have been told that 100+ your age would be a good starting point for the systolic portion of bp. Diastolic looks fine.

Wow, if you bp is that high while your not on cycle, then imagine how high it will be once your on? You'd be much better off getting some prescription meds for that before starting your cycle. I speak from experience. When I'm off cycle, my bp is normal, but when I'm on my bp gets to 140/80 so I take meds regardless and it has helped me a lot and my bp is around 110/70 even when on cycle. I got headaches and had trouble breathing sometimes, but after the meds, I feel and breathe a lot better now. If you don't get meds to lower your bp, then potentially you can have bp as high as 170/100 while on cycle which is really bad.

Hey Max, what's up bro? 140/80 isn't that bad? I thought that was on the high side. Isn't normal bp around 100/70? Also, if he did a cycle, I'm pretty sure his bp would go up to at least 160/80 which is getting up there.

140/80 aint that bad but deinetly warrants close monitoring when on.. some docs start BP meds if that low, most dont. To meso, that old age-dependant thing isnt used anymore..

Yeah thats the case many times bro...nervousness will bring it up...Hey Pdog!!!...it all depends on the cycle and how much weight and water is being put on...also AAS will elevate RBC count and hematocrit which will thicken the blood.....you should monitor everything.

140/70 is not real bad...but like pdog said it def would make monitoring it while on cycle a must.

FYI my doc put me on when mine got to 150/100 consistently...

I agree with Meso and Max your Diastolic looks fine and is usually the biggest concern for doctors.

We don't wanna see you end up in a hospital. Make sure to carefully monitor your bp throughout your cycle and watch for signs of high bp like headaches and trouble breathing. Take care.
