    dbol vs. test p when kickstarting..

    I would llike to hear ur opinions and which u prefer (some reasoning would be nice too).

    I just started my first cycle with dbol and so far (im on week 2) Im not that pleased. The weight gain is sick (im like a water balloon) but hardly any strength gain compared to test P. So so far I would say I liked test P more but ill wait and see what happens. I was expecting mad strength from dbol cause somehow thats what I often read in here.. anyways, any input?

    You pretty much answered your own question.

    With dbol comes strength at the price of water gain

    Prop is a great kick start, not so much water, but not AS much strength as dbol,

    my preference would be Prop,
    If I was just bulking and didn't care about water, then maybe dbol, but I still prefer Prop JMHO

    I got the same. Huge water bloat not much strength. I will never use Dbol again for a kicker. I have ben pleased when using prop though so I will stick with that and maybe NPP in future.

    yeah Im not gonna do dbol again... lots of water, no strength really and kind of not healthy... rather prop in the future.. Dbol does make me feel all around good though... but still not worth it IMHO.

    it might be ur diet
    i have used both with little water bloat
    might just be me though
    but dbol has my vote
    i love the dbol pumps

    I hate d-bol and would go with prop anyday. Next time you may wanna use t-bol instead of d-bol. You won't bloat much and strength gains from it aren't amazing but still pretty good. Something to think about.

    I hear ya. I got stronger, but I didn't really like the way I looked. Plus the acne sucks for me...tren won't break me out, but D's do...go figure.

    How much are you running and are you using a AI with it?

    Most people prefer using prop, but I like the water weight strength gain from dbol. Plus the lack of ED injects sells me on dbol.

    All personal preference, and personal goals.

    yeah i reallly love dbol
    i don't get any bloat from it
    love the way it makes my veins stick out
    im getting a woody thinking about it

    Skitzo, I don't understand how d-bols would make your veins pop out. It makes no sense at all. D-bol is known for water retention, and does not harden you up. Explain your logic behind you statement.

    I used dbol on my very first cycle with test enan for a kickstart and I loved it ....AT THE TIME. However, almost immediately after I stopped using dbol, I started to deflate like a balloon with a tiny leak. I was told beforhand that dbol gains are shortlived, but to actually see yourself shrink in size is almost heartbreaking and somewhat demoralizing....to me it was anyways. I was pretty depressed and almost threw in the entire cycle at that point.

    So to answer your question, I would chose prop over dbol any day. I love prop beczuse you get decent size and strength that are maintainable throughout the cycle, and if proper pct is done, you keep most of the gains.

    maybe u had bad results from using dbol or something
    but dbol deffently brings out my veins even more then usual
    theres no logic behind it
    it just does, i always gain a little water from dbol but i always keep my diet in check, are u trying to prove something keep your bf% under ten and then u will understand what im talking about

    I think you guys should agree to disagree....LOL....

    I don't see anything strange about someone saying they get more 'veiny' using dbol. Everyone reacts differently to AAs so nothing suprises me.

    Actually, I would think it would be reasonable to assume that since dbol increases muscel cell volume (water bloat), that the muscle would stretch the skin and hense cause a vascular appearance.

    my bad, it's just i see alot of people saying that dbol makes alot of bloat and alot of water retention.
    but most people that are taking dbol should not be taking dbol
    due to bf% and not having there diet in check
    but hey my bad tren got me hyped a little

    It's all good. I'm about to finish up my andropen/parabolan cycle. I'll admit I get a bit crazy on tren. Nothing I can't handle though. As for d-bol, I don't care for it at all. I really didn't like the painful back pumps it gave me. But hey, everyone's different.

    yeah ppl are different cause I have also noticed more veiny look while on dbol. I was prepared for the water but i was expecting some strength gain with it and so far I have almost none. I am using 30 mg day with no AI. Oh yeah and another point, doin cardio is awful while on dbol........

    I started Dbol at a BF of about 8-9%. Within a week i looked like marshmallow man. Diet is completely clean with no processed food or simple carbs other than PWO. No vascularity either.
