I took a spill riding mx about 9 days ago...Haven't been able to train chest or shoulders since then. I'm on day 18 of a 10 week cycle. Saw a chiropracter two days ago and he popped my shoulder into its proper place. He said it should be better in a week.
I'm starting to see big gains off the prop I'v been running. (Up 10lbs already)
I'm concerned that if my shoulder doesn't get better I'll be wasting this cycle. What do you guys suggest. Should I stop and start PCT right away or wait another week and hopefully everything is better.
I can do some weight on decline bench, but can only bench the bar on flat and incline is out of the question, as is any shoulder workout.
