    Exclamation clenbuterol: is 2 weeks cycle effective ?

    Guys is 2 weeks cycle of Clenbuterol effective enough giving i will be loading 20mcg the first day, 40mcg the second day, 60 mcg the third day, 80 mcg the fourth day to arrive to 100mcg the fifth day and on every other following days. The reason of that is because i must be leaving to Canada on october the 5th and i must be in top shape by then so it's a deadline to me, i gained quiet of a good mass in the past 6 weeks or so i had trained thanks to Creatine and a clean diet but i need that ripped look and well time is closing on me now..

    Well if you have low BF already it might help a little but other than that 2 weeks is really not long. Look at BBers preparing for contest. They usually have a starting BF thats pretty low and tend to use all the compounds available to them and it takes them a LOT longer than 2 weeks. Well good luck fella!

    Umm...October 5th? That's a month dude.

    Yeah,I guess you will lose something. Probably not what you're looking for though.

    Becareful when increading the clen like that. I increase it based on how I feel and side effects. If you have high BP, sweats, shakes, and etc at 40mcg...You probably shouldn't be increasing the dose.

    wow is it that bad ?? i mean bad enough to handicap you ? ... shit i thought going up to 100mcg at least after 5 days .. damn that sucks! grrr anyone had real experiences with Clen ? is 2 weeks cycle really not worth a try ?? ......................

    you can do it 2wks on 2 wks off or you can add some benadryl on the 3rd week and keep taking it all the way thru....but i doubt you'll see anything drastic in that short amount of time.

    appreciated, i had the same feeling, 2 weeks seems kind of weak to see anything real coming out..

    Thats why I wouldn't bother going 2 on and 2 off....Just run it for 4 wks straight. Take some benadryl at the end of the week.

    You can run whatever dose you want bro...All I'm saying is GO BY HOW YOU FEEL. You might be fine at 120mcg.

    Well, I personally don't have any experience with clen, but I have a friend that does. He told me that if you add some T3 along with the clen it helps burn fat a bit faster. Something you might wanna think about.

    what is benadryl for ? and is it a medecine or steroid ? to prevent from ?

    Your body will adapt to the clen very quickly (its something about beta receptors or something)...The bendryl will help reset this.

    i will do some researches on benedril, strange that i had read a few reviews on Clen and that none mentionned the use of benedril or the advice on adding something up along with during a cycle... nor did they mention any sort of addiction or else... except the shakings, sweatings, ect

    Just so you know there is a lot of controversy with the benadryl method it isnt actually proven to take care of receptor downgrade therefore many as well as myself suggest the 2 wks on 2 wks off which i find to be safer.. but its your choice ... as they suggested above 2 wks of clen is basically a waist IMO .. a good combo ive heard is ephedrine and clen but its your choice ... hit the cardio harder, and clean up your diet even more and you will be good to go

    ya i dont use the bendaryl method, just he on and off cycling method found in the clen handbook. thats your best bet for info on clen bro...

    but id adjust the dosing acording to sides,however I really dont feel much for sides until about 160 or so... even then its not really much.

    some people feel sides at 40 mcgs others like myself higher some dont feel sides at all..

    but in the time you are looking at and what you are hoping to attain, I dont know if you have enough time...

    its hard to condition yourself, a few weeks isnt much time bro.

    Thank you guys, really appreciated the feedbacks well i decided i would not start clen until next year because i'll be travelling this end of the year so not stable to start any cycle, i will simply continue in gaining mass naturally with Creatine and hit cardio X5 week for half an hour, that shall work fine for me... Ciao.
