fat and cycle?
How much fat is acceptable on a cycle? Everytime I cycle I get a little heavy in the mid section. My normal bf is around 10-14%. When I cycle I think it gets up to mabey as much as 20%. Of course there is a lot of fluid retention. My ? is do you guys experience this and if so what is acceptable?

Thanks guys! The measurements I had were wrong, I am 18%bf and I am eating like a horse. All carbs before 6:00pm and over 350grams protein/day. I just noticed a small tire around mid section but think now it could be water retention. I am running adex at .50mg/day. Could I up the adex to say .75mg/day and see if that removed some of the water? I am also having this thing where my nipples swell but I have no pain, sensitivity, or lump. It is just the areola looks bigger than normal. I started the adex at .25mg/day at the beginning of the cycle and when I noticed this, I uped the dose to .50mg/day. It went away for a couple of days and now it is back again.

What are you cycling? Sounds like it must be a heavy cycle due to sides. Even when bulking I can't stand excess water retention, sometimes I need upwards of two gallons water per day to fix this.

Test enan 750mg/wk and Eq 600mg/wk. I drink a ton of water but I probably could increase.
