    Newbie Questions

    hi all,
    complete newbie on here.
    but prior to my first post i have done as much research on here as possible and found it to be very usefull. (thanks to the posters!)

    anyhow, i still want to ask questions to make sure i am doing all roughly in the right order.
    here goes:

    Age: 28

    BF: 12%

    Height 1.56 metre (5ft 11)

    Weight: was 136lbs(62kgs) for many years, after quitting smoking, eating properly and also with the gym for the past 4 months i am now 163lbs (74kgs)

    Workout: heavy weights 4 times a week.

    Diet: 4 meals a day, consisting of healthy foods. chicken, veg etc etc

    Supplements : amino tabs , creatine tabs, and cyclone shake twice a day.(clone only in last month)




    i am now wanting to start a cycle of anavar and also d bol.
    D BOL= 5mg per tab.
    week 1-3= 40 mg per day
    week 3-6= 50 mg per day

    rest.

    Anavar= 60mg per day for 6 weeks.


    one question i cant really find the answer for on here is when are you meant to take them?

    i understand you just even them out thougout the day?
    Needed to be taken with food or before/after gym? etc etc

    thanks for any advice or help in advance....

    yes,
    i would honestly say for 2.5 months i have been going 4 times a week.
    mon/tues/thurs/friday

    before that for 1.5 months i was training one day on one off.

    You need to carry on training and build a base to work from, 4 months worth of training is nothing for you to start cycling, go and look in the diet forum and check out the stickies at the top of the page, if you get your diet in order and train correctly you have good gains,

    Your body will respond to training and diet over the next few months and grow and to be honest your miles away from starting a cycle, keep researching and learning and spend some quality time in the gym then go home and eat like a horse.

    sounds like some words of wisdom.
    when do you think is good timing to start cycing?

    just to let you know i have been training for about 12 months in total but not as much as now.
    i was training twice a week only for the previous 8 months

    Marcus is absolutly right, look at the gains you have already made with just changing diet and a bit of training. I recommend getting a solid 2 years of training and dieting. You need atleast 3 more meals a day. I believe if you hit the diet section as said above, tighten up your training you could hit 195-200lbs natural, then its time for AAS. Stick around though, do research and by that time you'll relize what a mistake a var/d-bol cycle would be and you will be able to construct a cycle just for your needs. Welcome aboard.

    well if u gained that much weight without aas thus far ur potential to gain more is greater even up ur calor.. intake try 1000 more ed aposed to what ur taking in now set a goal for ur weight or a time frame if ur gaining that well without y start now.weight till u plateau till u feel as tho u cant gain anymore natraul weight.which is hard to do with proper diet.then look into using aas.uise this time to research what u want to do and take marcus advice peep out the diet forum alot of good info in there bro keep up the good work man that is about 30 lbs u gained awsome job

    hi all,
    thanks for your comments etc and words of advise.
    i completely understand what you are all saying and take it aboard cause you are far more aware about steroids than i am.
    however, any more comments advice?

    Eat more like they said. If you lose weight quicker then you gain then stay away from any cardio. Do minimum cardio. You have much more room for improvement. You shouldn't worry about any cycle until you max out your own potential. After you eat all you can try and find someone to push you even harder through a workout. You'll be much more satisfied knowing you pushed your body to where it should have went before taking anything with it.

    I'm new here but that is IMO.

    Best to continue building up a better base. Remeber that a house is only as good as it's foundation.

    It usually takes people afew years of trainging naturally to get everything set up correctly. IE: diet, cardio, weight ruitine, ect.

    Personally I'd say it takes around two year for someone to be ready for aas.

    hi chaps.
    coming back to this post, one question.
    yes im still training and have small gains since i last posted.
    but, whats the difference is i do a cycle now? does it stop future size?
    or will it just give me a quick boost? then i can do another in a few months.

    just want to get bigger faster!
    and i already have 1000 tabs in the cupboard!

    You are doing a good job,dont worry about cycling for now,you can keep gaining more size with proper diet and training.....just take time.
