hi all,
complete newbie on here.
but prior to my first post i have done as much research on here as possible and found it to be very usefull. (thanks to the posters!)
anyhow, i still want to ask questions to make sure i am doing all roughly in the right order.
here goes:
Age: 28
BF: 12%
Height 1.56 metre (5ft 11)
Weight: was 136lbs(62kgs) for many years, after quitting smoking, eating properly and also with the gym for the past 4 months i am now 163lbs (74kgs)
Workout: heavy weights 4 times a week.
Diet: 4 meals a day, consisting of healthy foods. chicken, veg etc etc
Supplements : amino tabs , creatine tabs, and cyclone shake twice a day.(clone only in last month)
i am now wanting to start a cycle of anavar and also d bol.
D BOL= 5mg per tab.
week 1-3= 40 mg per day
week 3-6= 50 mg per day
rest.
Anavar= 60mg per day for 6 weeks.
one question i cant really find the answer for on here is when are you meant to take them?
i understand you just even them out thougout the day?
Needed to be taken with food or before/after gym? etc etc
