    dbol first timer

    i am trying dbol , i am beginer, i have 500 10mg blue heart danabol.
    i am 84kg 183cm am taking 15mg in the morning and 15mg before lunch.
    i have only got access to nolvadex d and clomid tabs. when should i take the nolvadex? and what time of day? how many mg? i am only doing 4 weeks straight of 30mg because that is the only time frame i have at the moment. should i start taking clomid as soon as i stop dbol cycle?
    any replies would be appreciated, i have been researching a lot af sites lately and havent got info required to sattisfy me yet.

    you shouldn't take D-bol for two reasons:
    1- Orals are not recommended for 1st timers.
    2- D-bol by itself is going to give water ONLY, uh.... maybe couple of pounds extra muscle.

    what about nolvadex to stop water retention? would that help with adding lean mass and less water?

    taking nolvadex to stop dbol water rentention is like trying to put out a forest fire with a water gun!

    You're gonna get water retention from dbol no matter what...thats the primary mechanism for dbol to work its magic.... nolvadex will only help with gyno (so I reccommend 20md/day).

    Put yourself in the right frame of mind with a Dbol only cycle:

    1. You will experience significant water retention and your BP most probably will be elevated (so you better not have any pre-existing BP issues ya?)
    2. You will experience an equal amount of fat gain, if not more, to lean gains.Your BF% will take a significant hike up!
    3. You will lose at least 70% of your mass gains when you go off because water and fat make up the majority of your mass gains.

    If you can digest these facts, then go for it

    Please note, I've done dbol 3x and these are MY experiences...Others might have had less sides...

    Can you post your stats pls age and training experience aswell,

    Dbol first cycle is not recommened, you should do some research on first cycle there is loads of info

    thanks for your reply. no i have no existing high bp.
    i am 27yo have been training regularly on / off four years.
    i only had choice of danabol or anadrol, and not sure about getting anything injectable as i have to travel with these drugs as i work in remote location. i have been on 15mg morn 15mg at lunch for 1 week.
    any other orals you could suggest?
    i have freind who recommended the dbol to me and he put on heaps of muscle on 40 mg day 6weeks. but now looks fat.........he wasnt using nolvadex yet either.

    Its not recommend for first cycle there would be a good chance of just gaining water weight especailly if you travelling all the time and end up in remote places?? how can you train correctly? how can you eat correctly in theses remote places, id reconsider until your life is right and the condition is perfect for you to be dedicated to training and eating,

    gear is no joke... get your diet and exercise in order first
