Inflammaton and pain are both interlinked through the same prostaglandin pathways. So deca may make the cycle more comfortable, but the safety factor is pretty much the same with both.
As far as sides i feel safer with the eq. Deca gives some ppl gyno. Others however seem to think eq makes them thin up top though. more rare than the deca gyno though, so i go with eq. but thats me.
anabolic-wise, eq is supposed to be stronger on paper than deca. General concensus seems to favor deca though for this.
