i have cured it!!!!
prop pain that is.........
first time i used prop it was homebrew @100mg/ml..used it for a few wks and then just had to stop because it was crippling me
this go round i made it @80mg/ml w 50/50 EO/oil...first shot hurt like a bitch, then some would hurt and some would not...but i tried 100000 different things to ease the pain, and i think i have finally found the answer (for me anyway)...it's kind of long, but it works
1)jump in hot tub for 10 min or so (hot shower is simliar, but i like the hot tub)
2)come inside and load up your pin
3) sit down, relax, take plenty deep breaths and slide the pin in
4) inject super super slow
5) withdraw pin, cover site w prep pad and rub for about 1 min
6) put washcloth in HOT water, and then rub the site for 5 min
7) work that muscle
>quad shots=high resistance bike for 10 min
>delts= 3 sets of 20 overhead dbell presses (30 lbs or so)
>glutes=body weight squats 3 sets 30 + rear leg extensions
8) **OPTIONAL**--back in hot tub for 10 min
so now you wont have to deal w the unbearable pain of getting in/out of your car, making up bullshit for your coworkers/classmates about how you have a knee injury when you really cant walk because of the prop, or the grinding of your teeth as you slowly sit down/get off the crapper

That would create more scar tissue and not be beneficial.
Just trying to help out the less experienced folk on an otherwise nice post
