    Creatine help

    age - 26 male
    I am add creatine monohydrate in my stack. I drinking 2 letter milk per day.
    This milk also add to my water ?
    Like as people say that when you take creatine then drink 3-4 letter water per day.
    But i am drink 2 letter milk and 1 letter water per day....it is fine ?
    Or drink 3 letter water only in liquid?

    Milk does not count as water. Id drink at least 3-4 liters per day of just water.

    Lmao 2 letters of milk? Like 2 envelopes of milk? That isn't alot at all, go for 4 envelopes of milk a day.

    You can use letters or envelopes to pour coffee through cell doors in the joint.

    3 litters of water.

    If your pee is clear or a light yellow, do not worry about hydration. Hydration and kidney function are the concern with creatnine. There are kids at my school carrying around jugs of water as if it was magic. All they are doing is depleting their bodies of water soluble vitamins and increasing their blood pressure. Light yellow pee is the goal. If your about to go into a sauna or run a marathon, there may be a little adjustment but there is no need, in and of itself, to maintain hyperhydrosis.

    That is assuming that the water is being stored intercellular isn’t it?
    Just because you drink a lot of water doesn’t mean the above IMO.
    All
    Bodybuilders manipulate water retention despite how much they drink.

    Water and solute hold a balance, intra- and inter-cellurlarly. There is specific way to manipulate that balance. When there is more water outside the cell it sucks solute out of cell and the cell pulls water into itself until balance is met. Extra water = extra exchange of both water and solute. So, more stuff gets sucked out.

    No the milk doesn't count in this equation.

    Milk is tonic, not hypo- or hyper-, i.e., it contains a balance of solute to water that doesn't change the fluid balance of cells when they are in equilibrium.
