if you had the flu, you need time to rest.. the body needs rest.. 5 days is not long enough to hurt you.. the lack of food while sick will hurt you..

take it easy for 1 week with lighter workouts, then hit it hard..

    just my experience..

    good luck

most people don't know this, but if you are sick and go workout you can potentially make it much worse - and in some cases people have worked out so hard while sick that whatever they have spreads so fast throughout the body and becomes so severe that they died. only thing I can say is EAT!!! Even if you have to force food down make sure you eat. Any pro will tell you that it is much worse to miss a meal than to miss a workout.

Ive done the mistake of working out hard when I was getting sick.. most times its ok but couple of times I have gotten really sick the day after. I mean unbelievably sick (both times this was when I did a hard leg-workout).. really should stay away from gym when u are getting sick, I am just always hoping the flue or whatever would go away and sometimes this plan ends up biting me in the ass.

sounds like you had a case of the test flu... it is common when the hormone levels are so high and increase of test in your body... your body acts like it is a foreign object... hence the fevers and flu like symptoms..... seems like a lotta ppl get it... i know i had it when i was on my test cyp cycle.... some say it goes away within a week just gotta bear it out... i hate test flu... hopefully i wont get it on my next test prop cycle
