    Fat gain??

    I'm just about done my cycle.
    I was taking 500mgs sust + 200mgs deca a week for 9 weeks.
    Now i'm down to 200mgs deca a week and 50mgs winstrol depot every second day.got 3 weeks left.
    I have noticed that i gained fat around my belly and love handles.
    Isn't deca and winstrol supposed to help me cut and lose weight?
    This happened over like 2 weeks. And my diet stayed the same.
    I inject in my glutes and alternate every time.
    should i try injecting somewhere else?

    well.... injection sites should always be rotated every shot....
    Deca isnt really a cutter, it is more for bulking...
    And I dont know your history or stats, but generally speaking, you should run both compounds longer than that...
    And post your diet please....

    I would have urged you to read up and educate yourself before starting a cycle but you're already knee deep in one and asking for help, so help I shall:

    But first answer me some Qs:
    1. stats?
    2. bulking or cutting?
    3. how was your diet?
    4. Why would you discontinue test BEFORE deca????
    5. What gave you the idea that winny and deca was a good combo for a novice? Using deca for cutting (if that is what u were doing) requires a very good knowledge and experience of the compound and is meant for the advanced user IMO..

    6'11'' 205 pounds.
    I don't know my body fat %.
    Yes, i was going for a bulking cycle.
    My diet was fairly good, getting in lots of protein. 1 1/2 times my weight if not more. But eating very sensibly at the same time.lean bulk.
    I discontinued test because i upped my dose of deca toward the end.I made a mistake on my last post, im taking 400mgs a week deca now.I figured it would be alright.Plus deca does promote fat lose and lean muscle gains.I like the sound of that.
    I was really lean about two weeks ago, then noticed some fat on my belly and love handles. But im still pretty ripped everywhere else on my body.

    hey there!

    1. go to the diet forum and post your diet in detail, listing the macros.. we will then see if your diet was on par or not.
    2. you quit test and upped deca : Fat has accumulated in the a**ominal region in the last 2 weeks.....hmmm, I smell a connection dont you? Thats because test is androgenic and deca is progestogenic....the test helped you stay lean and when you discontinued it, the deca sides became more pronounced....water retention and what not...
    3. Even though deca promotes "fat loss", as you have read, this in not the main reason people use deca.... there are other more effective compounds for fat loss... deca is great for bulking and the people who bulk, even clean, will put on some fat..people who use deca to cut are advanced and know how to incorporate them in their cycles
    4. Since you ARE doing test (sust)...you should have let it continue LONGER than your deca, not the other way around...

    weren't ready for cycle yet. sust should be ran longer than deca. you will probably shut down. you running the wrong cycle for cutting. EQ would have been a better choice instead of deca. diet could be cleaner i would guess. bodybuilding is 40% genetics, 30% diet, 20% mental, 10% supplements(steroids)
