I took it all at once and was never disappointed.
If you have other gear floating around in your blood, it won't matter.
If this is the first time you are running 100mg, you might want to split it up until you know how you handle 50mg.
Sometimes, only 50mg could create undesirable sides for you.

it has a 24 hour half life so either way will work but to split it am and pm will keep levels more stable
