i am thinking of doing another cycle during the winter. my first cycle was 6 weeks of test 400 1cc every four days and dbol umm i think it was like 4 pills a day for the first week then two the rest of the time. i gained about 20lbs off it and gained alot of strength. went from benching 225 three sets of 8 to 315 three sets of four. which is unbelievable considering i only ended up weighing 160lbs. i want to put on another 15 to 20 lbs or possibly more. should i do the same cycle or try something new?
i train four days a week and i try to to take in 3000 calories a day and about 200 to 300 grams of protein. at age 28 you could call me a hard gainer but as i have gotten older i have finally started to gain weight. thanks in advance!!!
