Getting HUGE results
I dont know whats going on here but im only 3 weeks into my test e @500mg/week cycle, and Ive already gained 8 pounds! I went from 187 to 195! Kinda cool because it hasnt even kicked in hard yet. Cant wait to see what week 8 will be like
Think this could be because of the test even this early??? I dont seem to have changed my diet much. Im going to the gym an extra day of the week. Maybe eating a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle more... but 8 pounds already? BF% seems the same too!!

7lbs water.. and you need to get a haircut and shave. The rest is pure muscle.

This early it's going to be mostly water gains. Later on the muscle will build.

As well, Ive already added 15lbs on my bench while using the same amount of reps with the lighter weight!! Im pretty happy since its only been 3 weeks.

Good work man! make sure you look into pct to keep ur gains. i did a test seven years ago and was very uninformed as to how to come off. its well worth it dude trust me! i wish i knew then what i know now! haha

i gained about 15 lbs in 3 weeks on my last cycle, im sure it was water/fat/muscle combined, but still thats alot of weight to put on keep it up and start eating more NOW

Its a mental thing. Even i noticed how the weight gets "lighter" even though i am only in my second week.

How do you reduce that water weight? Letro would help right? offcourse plus diet (low salt and more aspragus)

Doing some cardio will help keep fat levels down aswell.

Am I going to gain actualy hard quality muscle and come off looking bigger then when I started? I didnt plan on gaining a bunch of water then loosing it. You guys got me kinda worried now

i gained like 15 lbs off a sust and masteron cycle. didnt lose much of the weight after either and didnt get to much bloat cuz of the masteron and nolva

hellmask always seems to come through with the punch line,, but good point.. those 8 lbs are more then likely NOT all muscle, but bloat ,,, but keep up the enthusiasm and hard work it will pay off

Entirely up to you, your diet, rest, PCT. Could be less than 5 pounds if you really fvck up, or as much at 20.

i agree with the above statement... but the key to keeping your gains is PCT... if that isnt done or done incorrectly then you would lose a lot.... but i say if you got all things in check from 10 to 20 lbs
