Only becasue I read on BigAndy's t3 taper off that it wasn't wise to take ephedra/clen because it will alter the metabolism thus slowing downt the process of your thyroid bouncing back. Any thoughts?

There are no contraindications here. In other words, it's safe to use either in conjuction with, and during the cessation of T3.
