Nolvadex

Hey,
I'm taking 500mg/cypionate and 250mg/Deca a week/10 weeks. I did a small cycle of this once before with no anti-e, had no problems. Concered about it this time, also want to give a boost on making natural test to maximize the gains I keep. Is Nolvadex 20mg ED enough, should I start it near the end of the cycle and continue on for 30 days after the right way to do it? Thanks for the input a head of time.

Do you know a PCT is?

Nolvadex during cycle is used at 10mg ED.

I guess your question was do I know what PCT is? Yea...20mg a day is the common amount, read where people have taken upto 50mg ED. But anyways was looking for the best time to start the Nolva. I've read start Nolvadex from 2 weeks before you start the cycle all the way up to starting at the end. Trying to prevent takeing more then nessesary...will just nolvadex do the trick?

the nolva might hinder some gains but it is better to be safe then sorry i guess....

You may want to take 10mgs ED for safety during the whole cycle and then you can start taking 20-30mg on PCT which is better to be done 2-3 weeks after your last injection
