    Best cutting combination?

    What would be the best combination to cut excess body fat?
    i am 28 and have been training for about five years? i have used gel clen before but the results were not so good.

    I would concentrate on your diet and cardio first, really put the hard work in and you will see results there is no alternative to hard work when it comes down to bodyfat, when you have got rid of most of the fat then you might think about taking something to get rid of the stubborn fat whats left.

    A vigorous cardio routine coupled with a clean diet is all you need.

    You know everyone is going to say diet first, and cardio 2nd... all else iw ould throw in some liquiod clen , alone, if you dont care about the thyroid then add T3... its yoru choice... and keep sodium low
