    That's It.. Poll Time - Long v Short Cycles...

    Which do you like? I NEED to get cycling here REAL soon, I'm losing my fvcking mind being off the gear and I need that up'd test and god-like feeling!

    What do I run boys? 2nd cycle, 6'2 220lbs 13-15% BF.... Long or short cycle?

    I don't really like the idea of injecting all the time.. but that reminds me..

    Question
    On short cycles with short esters, can I inject EOD instead of ED? I planning on Tren Ace/Test Prop/Dbol stack if I go the short cycle route.


    Long Cycle..
    Weeks 1-16: Test Enan @ 700mg/week
    Weeks 1-13: Deca @ 400mg/week
    Weeks 1-5: Dbol @ 40mg/week
    Weeks 1-16: A-dex
    (sometime during the end, towards PCT): HCG @ (to be determined dose)
    Then PCT...

    ED or EOD is normally decided by the half life of the AS your taking in order to stabilize blood levels.
    I vote long cycle. I have not tried short but don't like the idea of hormones yoyo up and down every 6 weeks.

    That's what I vote too bro.. but people've got me conviced (and there IS truth to their arguments) that gains normally stop around week 6-8 so anytime after that is just hurting your endocrine system and suppressing your HPTA even further.

    once the gain stops ,stop ur cycle +everyone is different,how was ur 1st cycle going?

    i'd stick to a long cycle for your first few but i find that running short cycles of 6-8 wks i recover much quicker and retain more gains and that my gains during a long cycle normally stop after the 11 wk or so.

    it is alrite for a beginner to do short cycles but keep it simple like maybe prope only for 6 to 8 weeks nothing to drastic as far as front loading or anything..only if u can at the least inject at eod

    if you are too scared to inject ED then long ester long cycles are for you IMHO

    IMO keep stable levels for 6 weeks then coming off then back on is a lot better than taking 5-8 weeks to reach peak and still being slightly unstable on and off and then waiting 2 weeks to go back to baseline.. talk about unstable? thats it right there.

    If its your 2nd cycle i would go with about 12wks and not what you have planned at 16wks, also why go up to 700mgs?

    Its not as simple as saying which one long or short because there are many different types of short cycling and in my experience you have to know your own body how it reacts to compounds and how it grows to determine time scale of a short cycle,

    So you should have the answer to your question when you have cycled abit more and recorded your results of the cycle,

    If this is your 2nd cycle and you grow on 500mg which am thinking you did then stick with that same mg of test and just introduce another compound, no point in pushing it unless you have to.

    I'd be careful, I've had not too hard of a time recovering from 10-12 week cycles, but as of my last cycle (18 weeks) I have not been able to recover. I have been on PCT for 7 weeks now. This is an isolated incident, but something to consider none the less.

    Each to their own PB but something what you don't like works very well and builds huge amounts of muscle tissue, also to be honest you haven't tried because Ive had many a client in the same positions as yourself and when they did try them they have never looked back,

    With short cycle you get the stuff in working straight away and if you primed the body correctly the body is in a state of growth and will grow very fast then more or less stops, with short cycles the right procedures need to be in place and the correct compounds and growth is amazing,

    The body can not grow for all them wks your on a cycle, the body doesn't work like that in baby's and teenagers it grows in bursts no matter what you use the body builds up a tolerance to it and slowly stops growing, with short cycles you put your body in a state of this growth beforehand and hit it with the right compounds and growth comes on quick just like it does naturally,

    Your right unstable hormones is bad news but that aren't with short cycles if you use the right gear,the body doesn't grow over long periods of time it does grow in spurts look at any growth chart for humans it grows then levels off then grows again, sort of like your expression yo yo but it doesn't go back down it just levels off, but with long cycles it does go back down...because of the time for you to do pct and recover and maintain its alot harder work than short cycles
