i need legal advice

lets assume this is all hypothetical

i sent out a package of research liquid accutane and winni domestically in seperate containers... tane broke and spilt, now the PO has told my guy to go there and tell them what was in the bottle...i instructed him to tell him that he doesnt know and wasnt exoecting the bottle....bt now im worried that my sending address has been flagged ( lets assume i used my real one) is it possible that this could come back to me? what line of defense would i take in this situation?

with the threat of the attack on the airlines a few wks ago being liquid based, and if they wanted to follow-up by paying a visit to your addy and found that you a Muslim Arab and are sending undeclared liquids through the US Post Office they may take you in to custody, raid your house and follow your every move to see if you lead them to terrorists....u better move

hmmm... I wouldnt go that far i mean.. its only tren not like anthrax or soemthing... but i think people need to start shipping DHL.. private carrier opposed to messing with the federal mail u know??

its not tren , its accutane...so he should declare it?

and if its research based chemical, is there any danger in saying what it is?

like he said above thats nto very good man with all the attacks,, sept 11th... and all that stuff thats not very good... i would try to be careful.. cause that could land you in big trouble man.. hope things work out for the best

just because ur address is on it doesnt mean u sent it.... i can send something illigal and put someone elses address on it.... get u and then reciever in trouble.... tell him to say he doesnt know what it is... he wasnt expecting if they come to u.... u have no idea... just incase dont keep anything at ur residence...

always put what your sending out in plastic bags, in case of breakage the liquid doesnt seep through the box, and always send priority mail so it goes through no metal detectors or X Ray
