First Cycle Test E
Whats up yall, This is my first post, but ive been on for a good amount of time reading and doing my rearch...SO
Im starting my first Cycle. I chose 500 mg/ week of Test E for 10 weeks
I have Nolva and Ldex for Pct
Im 21 5'10" 198lbs
Bench 255 3x10
Squat 320 3x10....Partial tore hammy 8 months ago killed my left leg and but its are finally back to 100% and good to get BIG!

21 Is young (I'm not going to preach about that), but if you must, that's a good way to go.
If you want to pack on some size do the dbol 40mgs/day wks 1-4or6.
You look like you have been working out and not just some newb. to the lifting game. I'd throw in the dbol if you can.
What are your goals? Just do the research and know what could happen by running gear too young.

thanks guys, yeah i know about aspiration an all that stuff... and i would take Dbol , but i dont want all the water bloat... i might get some Winny for weeks 7-12 though

dbol bloat can be minimized with a good anti e on cycle... not all of it but the majority of it ... dbol doesnt get the credit it deserves its excellent.. next to test prop as a kickstarter IMO

lookin good. and good choice for 1st cycle. is ur diet and all in check? i assume u are trying to bulk?

I just got off of a 10 week Test E cycle @ 500mg a week. I gained 22 lbs from the cycle and tremendous strength. I was using clomid and Nolvadex but still got acne and lost a little weight.

I'd stick with Test only for your first cycle. Trust me, the winny won't make much of a difference unless your doing a show. Just get your diet down and everything will fall into place.

hey thanks for the feedback guys. Yeah my diet is about the only thing i could be concerned with... i take in about 200-250 grams of protien a day and about 4-5k cals. Its hard with my current work schedule to get those cals in. But i start a new job monday and it will be much easier.
