Okay what is this stuff??? I had it gave to me and I did a search and am still kinda of confused about it, I know men shouldnt take it but how should this stuff be taken by women??? and for example a man takes it what would happen??

Dude-- DO NOT TAKE IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Now that thats out of the way-- I had a G/F who took it for hormone replacement after she had an untimely histerectomy (sucks... our kids would have been gorgeous... and inshape)

Its daily Estrogen replacement for women with the smallest amnt of testosterone to give the woman a sense of libido and good body composition.
Typically women take 1 a day.. and they're set.

If men take it.. the will be moody, gain body fat, grow breasts, etc... all the effects of excess estrogen
